LETTER: Animals are the district's problem

It's not the cats' problem - they were only abused and dumped because of carelessness.

Re: Little support for new animal shelter

Coun. Nundal needs to get his head examined because it will be the district's problem if something isn't done. Say the shelter closes (which it could), the cats that need a shelter go wild, the coyotes and any other wild animal that needs food move in.

Will the council then address the problem if a coyote bites a child or someone they know? Or will they just get a shotgun and start shooting? This is a problem, it's not the cats' problem - they were only abused and dumped because of carelessness. It's a human problem. Oh by the way, you won't get my vote next election and a lot of other people feel the same way.
