When Brock Rodgers purchased the Bellevue Hotel several years ago, I was happy to hear of the proposed renovations.
The Stage was a good start, but the rest of the structure remains a complete eyesore for the entrance to our downtown area. I’m wondering what is taking so long for this building to be revamped and/or re-purposed.
Now that the Powerhouse Apartments have been fixed up, and Sadie’s Antiques is such a lovely quaint establishment, it would be nice to see the old hotel get a good face-lift soon.
