LETTER: Congratulations to winners of election

Hoping for fresh ideas, open minds and accomplishments

I would like to take a moment to congratulate the winners of our municipal election. I’m sure they will bring fresh ideas and open minds and accomplish many good things for the city. I also hope they can restore the issues at city hall while bringing more class into the public office than their predecessors.

I have been voting for 30 years now. In that time, I have never seen a campaign as vicious, distasteful and classless as that run by CRMG, the likes of which I hope we never see in this city again. It’s embarrassing to me as a community member to see our politicians stooping so low.
