I would just like to thanks the person/persons who have been yarn bombing Mission. Not just downtown but throughout the community.
I have taken photos of several of these displays which thrill me to pieces when I happen to find one during my morning dog walk. As a fellow yarn artist, I appreciate the time and effort that has gone into these displays.
Of particular note is the Canadian flag on a power pole by the hospital, and the big slug on First Avenue. But coming across the flowers and bunny in Ogle Park was also a delight.
I'm not sure who you are, or why you're doing it, but I want you to know it is a very much appreciated. Thank you!
