Mission's Brent Hayden won two gold medals last weekend in Barcelona touching the wall first in the 100-metre and 50-metre freestyle events.
The local swimming hero posted a 49.02 seconds time Saturday in the 100 m, and 22.47 in Sunday's 50 m.
One of the top medal winner prospects for the upcoming 2012 London Olympic Games, Hayden's gold medals come on the first stop on the annual three-meet European tour called the Mare Nostrum.
