Icebreakers drop contest in OT

Latest loss gives the junior B team an overall record of 2-11

The Mission Icebreakers lost to the Abbotsford Pilots 4-3 in overtime last Thursday.

Both teams scored a goal apiece each period, with markers coming from Brock Decker, Carson Eiswald and Samuel Ramsay.

The see-saw game also had both PIJHL junior B squads go one for five on the power play.

This latest loss gives the Mission team a 2-11 record with seven total points in the Harold Brittain conference.

The Icebreakers play tonight (Nov. 24) against the Aldergrove Kodiaks, who are currently sitting at the top of the conference heap with a 12-5 record.
