The Fraser Valley Mountain Bike Association’s Trailblazer Series race took place Sunday on Red Mountain.
About 80 riders took part in a mass start for the Open and Cross Country categories covering a 10-kilometre loop and an 18-km double loop.
The race was part of the weekend’s Bike Fest Mission celebration which included the grand opening of the newly completed Super Bear DH trail and a classic mountain bike film festival.
