Spring into Motion challenge goes from March 1 until May 31

The Spring into Motion challenge at the Mission Leisure Centre starts tomorrow.

The challenge runs from March 1 until May 31, and as long as you register by March 15 and complete 36 visits in 12 weeks, you get a T-shirt and water bottle, and are entered into a prize draw. If you finish 72 visits, you will be entered into an elite draw.

There will also be six educational/informational sessions offered, including how to prepare for a triathalon, and benefits of personal training.For info visit mission.ca.
