Mission siblings Ashlynn and Tamara Skulstad excelled at the Western Canadian Gymnastics Championships in Saskatoon last weekend.
The Skulstads, who train at Abbotsford’s Twisters Gymnastics Club, both brought home multiple medals, and finished top-three in their all-around competitions.
Ashlynn, competing in the national open division, took bronze all-around and added a silver on floor and bronzes on beam and in the team event. She moves on to the Canadian championships in May.
Tamara won five silver medals – in the all-around, vault, beam, floor and with the team.
