The Vancouver Warriors and TD are teaming up in conjunction with the National Lacrosse League team’s home opener to help raise money for flood relief efforts in B.C.
The Warriors announced on Monday (Dec. 13) that 1,000 tickets to their home opener on Friday (Dec. 17) at Rogers Arena will be available by donation in support of BC Flood Relief efforts.
Fans will have the option of donating a minimum of $10 per ticket with a maximum of eight tickets per person, while supplies last. TD is committed to matching all donations made, up to a total of $20,000.
“Our hearts go out to everyone affected by the extreme weather and extensive flooding across BC. In these challenging times, we want to help our community as much as we can,” stated Colby Fackler, Chief Business Officer, Vancouver Warriors in a press release. “We are proud to collaborate with TD in finding new ways to give back to our communities and are grateful for their commitment to matching donations. We encourage all fans to join us in supporting the BC Flood Relief efforts.”
Funds raised through this ticket program will benefit the BC Flood Relief. Fans will have multiple options to donate starting from $10 up to $1000 per ticket.
The Warriors (2-0) host the Saskatchewan Rush (0-2) on Friday at 7:30 p.m. For tickets click here.
