If you love the heart-pounding roar of a magnificent racing car, you’re going to want to check out the magnificent Mission Raceway Park.
Powered by the B.C. Custom Car Association, thought to be the oldest such club in Canada, the Mission Raceway is a massive facility.
The world-class drag strip is 4,200 feet long and the club hosts a number of events throughout the year, although as April 2020, events were on hold due to COVID-19.
When operating, the facility features drag racing, road racing and motorcycle racing on a 1.2-mile, nine-turn road course and motocross, too.
In fact, rentals are available for those who want to have a private race and see just how fast they can go in their own private vehicles.
