Were you driving a silver Mercedes on Highway 1 over the weekend?

A mystery person is apparently trying to seek you out after playing car tag.

These types of interactions and many more, some weird and some heartwarming, can be found on the Fraser Valley Craigslist “missed connections” page.

For example, someone on Sept. 28 noted a “gorgeous delivery girl” had been delivering food to one of the units in the complex he was working in.

“As you drove past me before all I could say was wow, I damn near fell off the ladder when you got out of your car,” the excited Craigslist user stated in the post. “Anyways, I did manage to get gorgeous out before you drove away.”

The user added he was wearing tacky pants at the time.

Some of the “missed connections” feature friends trying to reconnect with people from the area they can no longer find. Apparently these people are unaware of social media, and have chosen to use Craigslist as the method to find an old friend.

For example, back on Aug. 21 a user is curious if anyone has seen a friend named “Donna”.

“I am looking for my friend Donna. she lived on Sparrow for a long time. anyone know where she ended up?,” the user stated.

The Fraser Valley page also reaches out to people seeking information or details on people from Chilliwack, Mission, Hope, Agassiz and beyond.

It’s unclear what the success rate is for those posting on the “missed connections” page.
