Pursuant to the provisions of Section 493 of the Local Government Act, Council of the City of Mission will, at its regular meeting on Monday, February 6, 2023 at 6:00 p.m . in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Hall, 8645 Stave Lake Street, Mission, BC, consider approving the issuance of a proposed Temporary Use Permit (TP22-013).

PUBLIC MEETINGS

A Public Hearing to consider the following proposed bylaws will take place on Monday, February 6, 2023 at 6:00 pm . This hearing may be viewed and heard in person at Municipal Hall, 8645 Stave Lake Street, Mission, and on the City’s livestream webcast. Any person who believes they are affected by a proposed bylaw shall be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard.

Pursuant to Sections 94 and 227 of the Community Charter notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Mission proposes to adopt City of Mission Downtown Development Incentive Program Amending Bylaw 6146-2022 at its Regular Council meeting on Monday, January 9, 2023 at 6:00 pm at Municipal Hall, 8645 Stave Lake Street, Mission, BC.

Please be advised that the City of Mission by public auction on September 26, 2022 carried out the tax sale of the property located at 9420 Manzer St., Mission, BC for which Kevin Joseph O’Beirne and Helga Gina O’Beirne are the registered owners and the City of Mission hereby provides notice of the September 26, 2022 tax sale of the following property pursuant to Section 657 of the Local Government Act.

A Public Hearing to consider the following proposed bylaw will take place on Monday, January 9, 2023 at 6:00 pm.
