Bike to Work/School Week kicked off in Mission on Sunday (May 27) with a critical mass bike ride.
Approximately 100 cyclists rode the length of 7th Ave, beginning and ending at Heritage Park Secondary School.
The purpose of the event was to raise awareness of bicycling as a transportation option in Mission.
Mission’s Transportation Master Plan has identified 7th Ave as a priority for cycle lanes.
