A number of events are being planned in recognition of Mental Health Week, May 6-11.
Organized by Centennial Place and sponsored by the District of Mission and Fraser Health, the week includes yoga and meditation on Monday, a problem-solving workshop on Tuesday, a walk for wellness in downtown Mission on Wednesday, and laughter yoga and personality traits workshop on Thursday.
Centennial Place will also be celebrating its second anniversary on Friday with an open house from 1 to 4 p.m. There will be cake and music.
The week wraps up with a spring clean up with Mission Adopt-A-Block Society, beginning at municipal hall at 9 a.m. with Mission Mayor Ted Adlem.
