Seedy Saturday this weekend

Mission City Farmers Market’s annual Seedy Saturday will be held on April 2 at All Saints Church Hall from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

There will be 22 vendors with seed sales and exchanges, crafts, breads, preserves, baking, eggs, chocolates, perennials, flowers and jewelry.

The popular four feet by four feet garden boxes, donated by Fraser Valley Building Supplies, will be on sale at 10 a.m. for $20.

Market customers can listen to music by a variety of performers and enjoy a hot lunch, beverages and homemade pie.

Seedy Saturday is the last indoor market until November. Outdoor markets will begin on Saturday, May 7 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Lane Creek by the Mission library parking lot. Vendor and other inquires may be directed to mission.market@gmail.com or to Scott at 604-302-5561.
