Station 3 fundraises for Mission Christmas Bureau

A total of 2,500 pounds of food and just over $6,630 in cash raised from two events

Mission Fire Rescue – Station 3 Association has been busy fundraising on behalf of the Mission Christmas Bureau.

Last week, the group completed a Trailer Court Food Drive and collected approximately 2,500 pounds of food and just over $630 in cash.

The association also presented the Christmas Bureau with a cheque for $6,000 which came from the proceeds of the annual Silverdale Haunted House.
