Visit the Land of Make Believe

Mission Children's Festival Sunday at Fraser River Heritage Park

Dress up as your favourite storybook character and visit the Land of Make Believe at Fraser River Heritage Park this Sunday (June 22).

Also known as Mission’s annual Children’s Festival, the free event will kick off summer for children and families with music, dancing, games and rides.

There will also be clay art workshops where children will be encouraged to use their skills and imagination to sculpt and mold, and an imagination station where children can make hats and wands to wear during the festival.

The event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. rain or shine. Organizers encourage participants to dress for the weather and be safe and courteous. All children attending must be accompanied by an adult.
