BPW providing $1,000 bursary to female graphic design student

The Mission branch also provides two other annual awards to local high school students

Business and Professional Women's Club of Mission has created an annual bursary to be awarded to a female student currently enrolled within University of the Fraser Valley's new Graphic and Digital Design program on the Mission campus.

This donation is in addition to the club's two other annual awards made available to Mission high school students.

The local club meets monthly on the fourth Wednesday of each month at Cedarbrooke Chateau. Each luncheon meeting includes presentations by Fraser Valley community leaders. Satwinder Bains of UFV's Indo-Canadian Studies department will speak on March 27.

Guests are welcome. For information or to register, send an e-mail to secretary@bpwmission.ca.
