Mission RCMP is searching for a boat stolen from Stave Lake last week.
According to a news release, a Hewescraft aluminium boat was taken from Stave Lake between Feb. 17 and 21. Police say the boat was tied up to a dock near the Rocky Point Forest Service Road.
It’s described as 21 ft. long with a fully enclosed cabin, a large white Garmin GPS dome on top and two outboard motors.
Mission RCMP say the thieves would have needed to use a trailer to get the boat out of the lake.
