A woman frequently seen in Maple Ridge and Mission is currently being sought by Burnaby RCMP in relation to an incident that resulted in the death of a 75-year-old pedestrian.
The woman is 25-year-old Jena Dae, who now has a warrant for her arrest after Dae failed to show up in court, explained Burnaby RCMP media relations officer Cpl. Michael Kalanj.
The collision originally occurred on Sept. 16, 2021, when a blue 2020 Honda Civic hit and killed a 75-year-old in a crosswalk at Kincaid Street and Smith Avenue in Burnaby.
