Drivers headed east on Highway 1 will be slowed by multiple vehicle incidents in Langley.

A crash has left one vehicle off to the right shoulder just past 248th Street.

Congestion had already started to build from a vehicle stall just past 200th Street at around 1:45 p.m.

Plan an alternate route or expect delays.
