More than 4,000 lanterns lit up Fraser River Heritage Park at the Illuminaria Festival this past weekend. The event was organized by Mission Association for Community Living (MACL) to promote inclusiveness in the community.
The evening began with performances by students at Mission Music Lessonsand was followed by two rocking sets by their teachers. Nezaar and his troupe of performers put on an impressive pyrotechnics display which included a stilt-walking fire breather.
A bright and colourful display of fireworks wrapped up the night.
