One person is dead following a head-on accident on Lougheed Highway in Mission Friday morning.
Mounties say a van and truck collided around 7:30 a.m. Friday between Dewdney and Deroche, near Wearing Road.
Mission RCMP Cpl. Patrick Mehain say the single male occupant of the van died, while the two occupants of the truck were taken to hospital.
The highway was closed throughout the day as police investigated the crash.
