With three polls reporting, plus advance and mobile polls, former MLA Randy Hawes has a lead of 282 votes over Coun. Tony Luck in the race for Mission's mayoral chair. Incumbent Mayor Ted Adlem trails by more than 400 votes.
Pam Alexis leads the race for council, with Carol Hamilton, Rhett Nicholson and Danny Plecas all outpacing the field. Incumbent Jenny Stevens is the top-polling incumbent, and currently sits in sixth place, behind Jim HInds.
