With much sadness we announce the passing of Anna Hann on October 12, 2020 in her 96th year.
She is survived by her husband, Henry Hann, one brother, Peter Klassen, 3 sons, Karl, (Sandy), Gerry (Debbie), and Ernie (Maria) Brackhaus, 2 daughters, Dorothy Smith (Gerry) and Inge Rennie (Colin).
She also has 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren whom she loved very much.
Anna attended Matsqui Lutheran Church for many years and has many dear friends in the church community. We would like to thank the wonderful care provided by her care-giver, Tiffany and all the home support workers from Fraser Health. Anna was admitted into hospital on October 11 and she passed away on the morning of October 12, Thanksgiving Day. She would have spent Thanksgiving Day with her pre-deceased family; sister, Agatha Derksen, and her two brothers, Art and Ben Klassen, and her mother and father.
A church service was held on October 20th at Matsqui Evangelical Lutheran Church.
