With sadness, the family of Audrey Melva McPherson announce Audrey's passing on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at Abbotsford Regional Hospital at the age of 87.

Audrey was born on February 23, 1931 in Kamloops. In 1943, Audrey moved to Mission. Audrey was predeceased by her husband, Charlie McPherson in 2007.

Audrey is survived and lovingly remembered by children Cheryl (Bart) Vanderlinde of Prince George, K.C. (Mindy) McPherson of

Mission, Doug (Joan) McPherson of Mission; grandchildren Mike (Marianne), Matthew (Lindsay), Mark, Amberley (Kevin), Taylor

(Kristin), Amanda, and great-grandchildren; Lola, Grayson, Maya, Beckett, Emelia & Wyatt; her sister Patricia Needham and her family; and close friend and companion, Bob Ellis.

Audrey had worked as a secretary at Mission Secondary High School where she met her husband Charlie and were married in 1952. Audrey also worked from 1975 - 1990 at Woodward's at Seven Oaks Mall in Abbotsford.

Audrey volunteered for various organizations: Kinettes, Hospital Auxiliary, Heart & Stroke, Polo Fund and Red Cross. Audrey was an active bridge player for 35 years.

At Audrey's request, a private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

The family would like to extend a thank you to the Abbotsford Regional Hospital Intensive Care Unit for their compassion during this difficult time.
