SWANTON; Dalton
It is with deep sadness we share the news of the passing of Dalton Swanton on September 22, 2016. Dalton was born in Vancouver, BC on July 27, 1964. He was the son of the late William and Edna Swanton. Dalton was a longtime resident of Mission and well known as the “Tire Man”. He was the owner of Tires Plus Automotive in Mission. Dalton loved spending time at his cabin with family and friends, out mudding in his trucks, side x side or Rc’s. Dalton is survived by his wife Candice of 29 years; son Matthew; sisters Faith (Dick) and Colleen; brother Bob: sister-in-law Tracey (Theo); brother-in-law Scott (Melissa); nieces Hope, Anne, Barb, Maggie, Meghan, Mackenzie, Carlie-Ann and Cassidie; nephew Brennan, mother-in-law Sandra, as well as many friends whom he considered family. Dalton is predeceased by his brother Brian and fathers-in-law Robert and Bruce. A Celebration of Life will be held at Deroche Community Hall 41555 North Nicomen Road, Deroche, BC on Saturday, October 15 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation in Dalton’s memory to the BC Cancer Agency or the S.P.C.A.
