The family of Elaine McEwen (nee Pamplin) are sad to announce her passing at age 79. Elaine was born in Australia and moved to Vancouver, BC to marry her husband Peter. She is predeceased by her husband Peter in 1982. She is survived by her 3 children Warren, Sharon (Clint) and Debbie, 6 grandchildren; Andrew, Christina, Derrick, James, Justin and Chantelle and 1 great grandson Dominick. A celebration of life service will be held on June 15, 2013 at 1:00 pm at St. Matthews Church, 2089 McMillan Road, Abbotsford. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fraser Valley Brain Injury Association. Elaine will be loved forever and dearly missed. Safe journey mom.
