With great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Esther (Penny) King (Boyko) on March 05, 2024, in Mission, BC at the age of 79 years.
She was born on June 10, 1944, in Myrnam, Alberta.
Esther will be lovingly remembered by: Husband Ian King; Daughter Shelly Banks(Hollands); Sisters Beverly (Stan) Gordeyko, Marge (Raymond) Eliuk, Brother James (Arydth) Fuyarchuk and Nephew Troy Eliuk and Niece Marcia Gordeyko.
Esther was predeceased by parents Mary & Peter Fuyarchuk. Esther worked in Alberta, Ontario, and BC at the North Vancouver School Board.
Esther's passion was quilting, and all family and friends cherish the wonderful quilts she made.
Cremation took place on March 15, 2024, in Mission BC. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
