Harold Almond, late of Abbotsford, BC, passed away suddenly after a brief illness on December 7, 2014 at the age of 85 at Abbotsford Regional Hospital. He is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Donna; son, Douglas (Lyn); step-children, Laureen (Dale) and Scott; grandchildren, Andrew (Channen), Dallas, Samantha, Brendan, and Brandon; sister, Jean (Bruce); sister-in-law, Janis (David); and relatives and friends. A memorial tea will be held on Sunday, December 14, 2014 at 2:00 pm in the Tea Room at Henderson's Funeral Home, 34537 Marshall Road, Abbotsford, BC (entrance at lower level). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army. Donna would like to thank family and friends who cared for Harold through his final day and night.
