Joseph Keller, aged 87, of Mission, passed away in hospital surrounded by his family on May 6th, 2019.
Joe is survived by Sandy, his wife of 54 years; son Martin (Kendra), daughter Chris (Vic), granddaughters; Cass (Casey) and Jacqui, his brother George in Ontario, his brother Franz and sister Annette in Austria, as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family.
During his life, Joe loved fishing, skiing, gardening and barbecuing. He enjoyed watching sports, especially hockey - and spent many hours watching and discussing his favourite team, the Vancouver Canucks. He was a good storyteller, often entertaining friends and family with his anecdotes. We will all miss his energy, sense of humour, and strength.
There will be no service, by request. A private family remembrance to follow later.
