Editor, The Record:
I am wondering if any other pedestrians in Mission are wondering what is in the snow plowers' minds.
Roadways are cleared, but sidewalks are exempt, even though a homeowner can get a fine for not clearing their sidewalk.
I walk to work, and the sidewalk on Hurd Street, a snow route, is deplorable. The Lougheed Highway sidewalk is icy and impassable.
Who's job is it to clear these?
