LETTERS: Near miss while crossing the street

My legs are my asset in my job; broken limbs does not work in my job.

It’s my opinion, and maybe I was misled, when I took my driving lessons that when a pedestrian is in a crosswalk all lanes of traffic both ways come to a stop to let the pedestrian cross.

Because you didn’t observe this procedure, you almost hit me on Feb. 8/16 on First Avenue.

My legs are my asset in my job; broken limbs does not work in my job. Not to mention the coronary I had at the moment.
