What are your goals for these Games and in sport?

To do my best and to help my zone bring home medals.

How did you train and prepare for the BC Winter Games?

I train 4 days a week for 3 hours each day. This is broken down into dry land training as well as diving into the water.

Why did you want to try out and qualify for the 2014 BC Winter Games?

So I could be a part of the fun and exciting experience of a multi-games event.

Who is your coach and what is the most important thing she/he has taught you?

Lisa Boog is my coach at Boardworks although my coach for the games is Molly Schupbach. taught me that hard work can also be fun.

9. Do you have a role model who has made an impact on your life (coach, teacher, family member, etc.)? If so, describe how they have impacted you.

I admire the gymnast Brittany Rogers because she pushed through injuries and mental blocks and reached one of her dreams of going to the Olympics.

10. What do you consider to be your highest achievement (athletic, academic, or other)?

Silver medal on floor at Canadian Championships for floor in gymnastics.
