The Mission Hillstompers are hosting a new event this weekend, the Heritage Park to Hatzic run.
The April 3 event features a 10 km and 6 km route, which includes new trails through Mission’s Fraser River Heritage Park and wends its way through the quiet rural area of Hatzic, with views of Westminster Abbey and Mount Baker.
All race proceeds benefit the Mission Hospice Society.
Runners and walkers can register on race day between 7 and 8:30 a.m.
