A Public Hearing to consider the following proposed bylaws will take place on Monday, July 17, 2023 at 6:00 pm. This hearing may be viewed and heard in person at City Hall, 8645 Stave Lake Street, Mission, and on the City’s livestream webcast. Any person who believes they are affected by a proposed bylaw shall be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard.

The purpose of Bylaw 1692, 2023 is to implement accessory dwelling units (e.g. Coach House and Garden Suite) and secondary suites (e.g. basement suite) in the Regional District. All parcels of land in the Regional District (excluding lands in Electoral Areas E and F) that are already subject to Regional District zoning regulations are subject to the bylaw.
